I loved the fancy look and feel of this Chase Branch. The tellers were friendly and you really couldn't tell its a bank from the look of the location. Glad I stopped!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Walked in to ask the teller for a cash advance like I do at chase every year tax time, she gonna ask me if I’m on the phone talking to her??? Meanwhile SHE had the earbuds in. Yes clearly I’m talking to the BANK TELLER about a CASH ADVANCE REQUEST! She then sent me over to the ATM because there’s a “new implement” of fees. You’re assed out if the bank is closed. Card reader never works. I told them about it months ago.
I visited this branch about a week ago and was greeted by a young, tall, skinny, Spanish speaking woman, When I asked a question about my online banking, she said she couldn’t help me and that’s someone else would need to assist me. However her attitude was disappointing she seemed impatient, walked off, and made a comment saying, people are dumb, it felt unprofessional and rude.
