Was in Hartford today (Saturday) for lunch. I needed to hit an ATM. This branch was right down the street from the restaurant. I go to use the ATM and it is closed. Apparently, this branch shuts its ATM down on Saturday and Sunday. Do they not understand the whole purpose of an ATM to be open and available as an alternative to the branch being open? I am not part of their ATM network so they could have made money off my ATM fee/charge. That's called lost revenue...whoever made the decision to close their ATM's on the weekend... read more
ATM doesn’t let you in last business hours even though it should. Card reader doesn’t read the cards properly
Don't open an account at this bank — the app is primitive and doesn't work, the branches are always closed, and you can't find an ATM to withdraw money. They absurdly set limits for payments through Zelle. In short, this bank is a disaster a disgraceful.
I like chase bank. I don't like this branch. STOP CALLING ME AND LEAVING OMINOUS VOICEMAILS TRYING TO GET ME TO CALL YOU BACK SO YOU CAN ASK ME TO OPEN A SAVINGS ACCOUNT! I ALREADY HAVE A SAVINGS ACCOUNT WITH A DIFFERENT BANK BUT THATS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS!!! LEAVE ME ALONE DELROY!!!
