Absolutely horrible experience. Got a cashier's check from another Chase bank and they told me the Omak branch absolutely will NOT honor it unless I open an account with them and told me that they only help their own established customers and were rude while discussing the situation. I found this out after spending 3 HOURS trying to speak to an actual person. Never EVER would work with these people again as this has been a nightmare. Thanks for ruining the holidays Chase.👎
All the staff I've encountered at this branch have been professional and helpful. I've worked more with Jackie and with Kailee specifically and both provide top notch customer service. Kailee in particular has gone the extra mile in helping me when I had some issues come up. She truly offers A+ customer service with a cheerful smile. I appreciate her time and personalized service and recommend this branch if you're looking for a place to bank.
