I use this location to enter my deposits for my job, I come here 5 days a week to use the ATM. Half of the time the ATM is “not accepting cash deposits” causing me to have to go inside…not the biggest deal except when it happened today and I went inside, the ATM in there said the same thing. It suck’s because I have no choice but to use this location for my employment even though they do NOT maintain these ATM’s at all at this location. I've been a loyal Chase customer for 17 years and have never missed a payment. Today, without any prior notice, my credit limit was reduced by $14,000. This unexpected action had a significant negative impact on my credit score. I find this deeply unfair and disappointing. As a result, I will no longer continue banking with Chase.
