I've been a loyal Chase customer for 17 years and have never missed a payment. Today, without any prior notice, my credit limit was reduced by $14,000. This unexpected action had a significant negative impact on my credit score. I find this deeply unfair and disappointing. As a result, I will no longer continue banking with Chase.
I had a great experience here exchanging a few low $ bills for quarter rolls. Honestly I was rather surprised to see the low review for this location as the customer service, in my experience, was honestly phenomenal and I left thinking I'd consider Chase as my bank when I do eventually have to adjust life-things. Avoid this bank. Look at their national reputation and the extreme ways they treat customers. Your money could be locked away behind uncaring customer service and there will be nothing you can do.
