I've been a loyal Chase customer for 17 years and have never missed a payment. Today, without any prior notice, my credit limit was reduced by $14,000. This unexpected action had a significant negative impact on my credit score. I find this deeply unfair and disappointing. As a result, I will no longer continue banking with Chase.
I had a great experience here exchanging a few low $ bills for quarter rolls. Honestly I was rather surprised to see the low review for this location as the customer service, in my experience, was honestly phenomenal and I left thinking I'd consider Chase as my bank when I do eventually have to adjust life-things.
