I had a great experience here exchanging a few low $ bills for quarter rolls. Honestly I was rather surprised to see the low review for this location as the customer service, in my experience, was honestly phenomenal and I left thinking I'd consider Chase as my bank when I do eventually have to adjust life-things. The bank I'm with doesn't have locations around here so I popped in and the red hair'd tall guy banker (office to the left after entrance) really made me feel welcome (tho I'm not a Chase customer) and took care of... read more
Avoid this bank. Look at their national reputation and the extreme ways they treat customers. Your money could be locked away behind uncaring customer service and there will be nothing you can do.
Poorly trained employees and mediocre service at every level.
