This bank franchise has to be the worst bank I've ever dealt with. I opened this account about a month and a half ago In Vero Beach FL the young lady was awesome I asked lots of questions and I thought I put my husband as the beneficiary. It turns out I didn't. I never received the bank card, now I'm in New York my husband is in Florida he tried to put cash in my account and because he is not on my account he can't , I ask does he have to be with me to add him I'm told no.
