Our family banker, Tom Luu is not responsive nor helpful right now. I emailed, texted and tried to request an appointment for the past 5 days. No luck. Better luck to move to another branch!
The staff where very friendly and helpful
Do not bank here I sent a wire transfer and they made a mistake twice at the bank putting the wrong account number. They don’t want to give me my money it’s been two weeks and they blame it on me. Two people saw the account and made a mistake. This is a set up to steal peoples money.
These atm machines here are always broken
