They will not help you and treat you like a 2nd class citizen if you do not have an appointment. Others have mentioned this, and I would agree, that they judge you based on your appearance and decide whether they want to go out of their way to help you out or not. They also have like 6-8 office rooms and every time that I have been in there, only 1 person is working at any given time.
