Incredible service!
Called ahead to get a notary, and was told by Christina that there were 3 available and I could come right in. I got there 5 minutes later and was told that everyone had appointments and I would have to come back later. Complete waste of my time. I will not be using this branch again.
I drove 15 minutes to cash the Cheque and the cashier said she will charge me 10 because I did not have an account with chase bank, what a stupid policy , how could they the is belongs to chase bank but they did not cash it for because I did have an account with them
