I had to close out my deceased parent's bank account this year, and I am very grateful that Laura and Fabiola were able to help me. They were polite, professional, and knowledgeable, and I appreciate how well they treated me -- considering I myself was not an actual customer and I was closing out the account for one of theirs. Chase has made banking a lot more easier. To walk in to your deposits at the ATM cash withdrawal the whole nine yards. I've been with them for over 20 years and I love being with them all that time excellent company.
