They make basic routine services a hassle. Called to ask about getting something notarized, and they said I have to make an appointment. Shouldn't be that difficult, you bring something in they notarize it and done. Not a customer service friendly branch 😣😣😣😠
I went to cash my check im 1 hr deep on the phone and they won't release my funds and the atm didn't let me cancel my transaction to get my check back I would of payd 10% at a check cashing place now im behind on loan payments, rent , truck payment and child support thanks chase bank.
Very friendly associates. Never had a bad experience at a JP Morgan chase bank. . This location was really helpful. I will sure return if I need to visit a bank location. Great Customer service.
I lost my card and they were quick to help me resolve the issue and order a new card. They were kind, patient, and were very professional. So relieved to have such great customer service here!
