My wife just came here to get a cashiers check. They initiated the transaction everything is going good and then they say their printer doesn’t work. After having your weight around for 20 minutes, this is when they decide to tell her the printer doesn’t work. Not to mention what bank doesn’t have more than one printer? We have been longtime customers here and do a lot of business with Chase being as though they are one of the biggest banking companies, in the nation it is embarrassing that a branch doesn’t have a printer
Agree, wonderful people to work with Trevor and all the people are really there to assist with my needs. Even when I’m not as calm or friendly. They are great at settling me down and working through any issue I have. What a GREAT place to bank
Stopped by today to update our account. I had the opportunity to interact with Adam Mower, Assistant Vice President of Private Client Banker. Adam, apparently showed poor customer service: did not introduce himself, did not offer me a chair when entered his office, (I was there for about 10 minutes, during the whole interaction, I stood up), he gave me my print out in bare hands. They make basic routine services a hassle. Called to ask about getting something notarized, and they said I have to make an appointment. Shouldn't be that difficult, you bring something in they notarize it and done. Not a customer service friendly branch 😣😣😣😠
I went to cash my check im 1 hr deep on the phone and they won't release my funds and the atm didn't let me cancel my transaction to get my check back I would of payd 10% at a check cashing place now im behind on loan payments, rent , truck payment and child support thanks chase bank.
