My husband and I love this bank.Tellers are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. They always there to help u whether ar window or inside the bank. They also very professional. When I walk thru the chase's doors, I know Now I in good hands. We relocated from Babylon,NY 10years ago.and never even considered another bank.
When banks are trying hard to attract customers nowadays, I am puzzled at the poor customer service at this place. We had a bad experience with a young lady at the counter, who called herself a lead hand or lead associate? I think her name started with the letter J She was rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. When we took the time to write to the branch manager about their poor customer service, we were completely ignored. My husband is a premier client. We now avoid this branch. Avoid this branch. Go elsewhere. Woman, just standing there in the branch midmidmorning, refused to help me without an appointment on a transaction that literally took probably five minutes when I went elsewhere in disgust. She said I would have to come back. Didn’t even say she was sorry about that. Said procedures have to be followed. Well, one procedure, I guess, is for customer to find somewhere else for his or her banking.
