⭐☆☆☆☆ Terrible customer service at Chase Bank – Jacaranda branch. Every time you go there, you end up waiting endlessly, and no one seems to care. There’s no sense of urgency, no greeting, not even a smile. It feels like they’re doing you a favor just by acknowledging you. Absolutely disappointing experience, especially from a bank like Chase.
We like our new bank in Florida. Everyone is professional and easy to talk to.
When banks are trying hard to attract customers nowadays, I am puzzled at the poor customer service at this place. We had a bad experience with a young lady at the counter, who called herself a lead hand or lead associate? I think her name started with the letter J She was rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. When we took the time to write to the branch manager about their poor customer service, we were completely ignored. My husband is a private client. We now avoid this branch. My husband and I love this bank.Tellers are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. They always there to help u whether ar window or inside the bank. They also very professional. When I walk thru the chase's doors, I know Now I in good hands. We relocated from Babylon,NY 10years ago.and never even considered another bank.
