Worst branch ever. Horrible customer service. Rude manager.
If I could give a zero, I would. I walked into the branch being a private client with multiple business accounts. It was the end of the day, but there was still a time left had a serious issue that needed to be resolved immediately and told was told that they’re closing even though it was before closing time within 30 minutes and got zero. From the moment I opened my account with Chase Bank the service has been outstanding. Everyone I have ever come into contact with has always had a great personality and always very helpful with whatever my needs are at that time. They always make me feel like I matter and I love that their security department is always on the ball.
