What stood out the most was that Eric took extra time to make sure I fully understood the terms and details, even though he didn’t have to. His dedication made the experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend reaching out to Eric if you need assistance when visiting the branch.
Terrible service at this Chase branch. Both the teller were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Customer care seems to be non existent here. Definitely the worst Chase experience I’ve had so far.
