When you go to open an account they service you as king and when you go to downgrade your account they treet people like trash!!! Mean people!! No customer service!! Moving my account to wells furgo period.

A good functional bank. It has all the required services. My only issue is that some of their employees are not very professional. I had an appointment for my notary services and I took the appointment but later when I arrived on the proposed time, I was told that the officer had taken a leave. At least they should have shown some courtesy of informing me before my arrival.
