Super pleasant banking experience, one of the most pleasant we have ever had. The space was pleasant silent and comfortable. Chloe was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, thorough and patient with us. She dedicated 2 hours of her time to help us with multiple tedious banking requests.
I was assisted by Fathima, and she provided outstanding customer service. She was informative, encouraging, and took the time to walk me through the various services and financial options available through Chase. She went above and beyond in educating me to engage in financial planning services. I really appreciated how she encouraged me to explore additional benefits and made sure I felt confident using the services. Overall, an excellent experience.
