I have been a Chase customer for 18 years, but this branch made me want to quit and go to another bank for all financial services. I lost my debit card but I had my ID and check book and my account statement, it is unbelievable the lady with big black glasses refused to provide any withdraw service or renew debit card business. I reached out to Chase Bank on this morning to ask if there was a branch close to where I work. I received a check over $5000 and since I did not have an account with Chase, but the check is written on the bank I wanted to ensure I would be able to cash it. I called Customer Service (800) 935-9935. The rep name is Angela. She told me that I would not be able to cash the check at Chase Bank (although it is written on Chase) because the limit is $1200.
