All they could tell me was how they COULDN’T help me. Opening a bank account. Using the restroom. Answering my questions. Customer service needs an upgrade here and I see why the star rating is low.
I see many disappointments here, but I have to say the bankers are quite nice to me. When I walked in, I received help in less than 5 minutes, and all of my questions were solved quickly.
Rude and not very helpful.
I have been a Chase customer for 18 years, but this branch made me want to quit and go to another bank for all financial services. I lost my debit card but I had my ID and check book and my account statement, it is unbelievable the lady with big black glasses refused to provide any withdraw service or renew debit card business. She asked us to leave and call customer service to replace lost debit card first before coming back.
