I have been a Chase customer for 18 years, but this branch made me want to quit and go to another bank for all financial services. I lost my debit card but I had my ID and check book and my account statement, it is unbelievable the lady with big black glasses refused to provide any withdraw service or renew debit card business. I reached out to Chase Bank on this morning to ask if there was a branch close to where I work. I received a check over $5000 and since I did not have an account with Chase, but the check is written on the bank I wanted to ensure I would be able to cash it. I called Customer Service (800) 935-9935. The rep name is Angela. She told me that I would not be able to cash the check at Chase Bank (although it is written on Chase) because the limit is $1200. Worst bank ever. Worst service ever.
With utmost seriousness, I must address an alarming incident involving a banker at this branch, a woman wearing glasses, who displayed a complete lack of patience and very unprofessional while I was retrieving necessary information. During a large withdrawal transaction, she demonstrated an utter unwillingness to wait, and when I finally provided the required details, she carelessly tossed the notes containing my banking information in front of me.
