I walked in to open an account and asked how long the wait might be. The woman at the front desk couldn’t give me any estimate—not even whether it would be 10 minutes or an hour—and came off as rude, despite me being polite. I understand busy days happen, but a little courtesy and transparency go a long way. Every other bank I’ve been to has made me feel welcomed and valued. Unfortunately, this branch made me feel like I was a burden. I’d recommend avoiding this location. Wednesday 5-14 around 11:15am
