If I could give 0 stars I would, came in to redeem a welcome offer I received in the mail and was welcomed with passive aggressive attitudes and an air of arrogance, I was brushed off by one of the tellers and an Asian gentleman in a black suit who appeared to be a manager. I was told “we’re going to lunch and booked all day, sorry” If you’re looking to open an account I’ll save you the embarrassment of feeling like you don’t belong, do it online!
