I went to a teller inquiring if the offered a medallion stamp which most branch managers do. The teller had no idea what I was talking about. He asked the manager next to him. She replied that the person who would do that is on vacation. She started rattling off branches which might or might not offer it. I open a Chase checking account online I was told I would get $300 to open the account instead I opened the account they closed the account and told me to go into a branch, I went into the branch they opened a different account and then said the coupon code had already been used to open the account they closed for the 300.00 which it had not. I feel like this is a scam bad business someone needs to either reactivate that original code or give me a new one because I'm going to report this to the Better Business Bureau
