This review is not necessarily for the Seminole branch specifically, but Chase Bank in general. Here is something that is absolutely insane to me… I recently closed my checking account with CHASE bank. Due to the closure, I have no online access to ANY of my bank statements. I called the branch and asked if they could correct this and allow me to be able to have access to my bank statements. They told me once you close an account, it deletes all of your online records! I came in at 1:30 pm on a Saturday to open a high school checking account for my daughter. I was initially told they would not have time given the one person able to open accounts was with someone else. We decided to wait given I’m not able to come during the week and we needed to open the account before a trip. Three other employees were working but not able to open an account.
