I came in at 1:30 pm on a Saturday to open a high school checking account for my daughter. I was initially told they would not have time given the one person able to open accounts was with someone else. We decided to wait given I’m not able to come during the week and we needed to open the account before a trip. Three other employees were working but not able to open an account.
