Every time I go to use the atm it’s either down or malfunctions. Theres rarely ever a successful transaction and the doors to the bank won’t open with my chase card after hours for some odd reason. Waste of time going here
I had a problem with a wire going through when I purchased a car last year, did it again and had the same problem however Rossmery was able to help me quickly and got the problem solved without me having to come back a second time. Best experience I've had at any Chase branch.
Wasted 10 minutes trying to deposit cash through the drive-up ATM. No signage that it doesn’t work. Had to run inside just to get someone to spit my money back out. Why is there no help button on these dumb machines anyway? Instead i have to leave my car unattended at the ATM and my card inside it while I go inside and wait for the long line to get help. Not the first time it’s happened apparently either because a couple said the same thing just happened to them too. Shut the ATM down if it doesn’t work!
This is the 17th time your ATM has not worked. How many reviews addressing this and in store complaints does it take to actually fix the problem? Seems like you just dont care
