I came to the bank today for notary service, and unfortunately, one of the customer service representatives was very rude and unprofessional. This was disappointing because I have visited before for the same service and received polite and professional help. Because my past experiences with other staff members were good, I am giving 3 stars overall. However, I hope management addresses this issue to ensure all customers receive respectful service.
