On March 14, 2025, I visited the Chase Bank branch at 4135 W 41st St, Sioux Falls, SD 57106, to open bank accounts. Our banker, Dalton Jones, was incredibly helpful and provided outstanding service. Dalton Jones took the time to understand our needs and helped us open the most suitable accounts, ensuring they were fee-free. His professionalism and dedication made this the best banking experience I’ve ever had. I truly enjoyed my visit to Chase Bank and am glad I chose Chase.
They women that was there just took a look at me and stared to talk to me in Spanish and I answered because I know Spanish she asked what I need I said I need to open a bank account and she proceeded to say are you a US citizen and asked if I had a green card or work permit I told her I have my drivers lo she then said no I no I have my drivers license then said no we can’t open one I didn’t think I was at the border I that I was in the bank
You get,nothing but a damn run around when trying to get in touch with,someone! Their phone system sucks
Just set up my new bank account with Chase! Dalton Jones was very helpful and made the process very hassle free. If you want a nice experience ask for Dalton!
