Needed to come inside the bank to make a withdrawal because I needed $35 and the outside drive thru ATM only gives 20's and 100's. Routed by a perfectly nice gentleman at the door to the inside ATMs that grant 1's and 5's in addition to 20's and 100's. I'd rather they just made it so all of the outside ATMs gave 1's and 5's in addition to 20's and 100's so we could skip wasting time walking into a physical building to use the exact same kind of machine as found outside.

dont bother trying to call them. they wont pick up and the automated system does everything in its power to rudely hang up on you

On March 14, 2025, I visited the Chase Bank branch at 4135 W 41st St, Sioux Falls, SD 57106, to open bank accounts. Our banker, Dalton Jones, was incredibly helpful and provided outstanding service. Dalton Jones took the time to understand our needs and helped us open the most suitable accounts, ensuring they were fee-free. His professionalism and dedication made this the best banking experience I’ve ever had. I truly enjoyed my visit to Chase Bank and am glad I chose Chase.
