Stay away from this branch. Denora the branch manager is on a high horse and is unprofessional and rude along with her security mall cop Clark. Terrible experience.
Denora is the worst bank manager I have ever met. Her security guard Clark is also terrible. The whole branch doesn't even deserve the 2.3 stars it has. It should be a lot less.
I can see why this branch has 2.3 stars. The manager Denora Reynoso is the most disrespectful person I have ever met besides her rent a cop security Clark. I would never go back to this branch and I will be closing all my accounts with Chase due to these two. I hope Lisa the regional manager does something because if 2.3 stars doesn't tell you there is an issue I'm not sure what does. I was initially impressed because, often, you hear that Chase Bank doesn’t pay as much attention to individuals and focuses more on the financial aspect. However, my experience was quite the opposite. The service I received was top-notch, and the staff was genuinely attentive.
