I can see why this branch has 2.3 stars. The manager Dinorah Reynoso is the most disrespectful person I have ever met besides her rent a cop security Clark. I would never go back to this branch and I will be closing all my accounts with Chase due to these two. I hope Lisa the regional manager does something because if 2.3 stars doesn't tell you there is an issue I'm not sure what does. Stay away from this branch. Denora the branch manager is on a high horse and is unprofessional and rude along with her security mall cop Clark. Terrible experience.
Denora is the worst bank manager I have ever met. Her security guard Clark is also terrible. The whole branch doesn't even deserve the 2.3 stars it has. It should be a lot less.
