Do NOT visit or do business with this branch. I have been disrespected and treated incredibly rudely on more than one occasion at this location, as the workers here are ignorant and falsely assumed I was an international student instead of a U.S. citizen, simply because I wear a hijab!! This happened on THREE SEPARATE OCCASIONS - I was asked for my I-20 form, which I do not possess since I am not an international student, instead of my U.S. passport. Find another place to do business! When we arrived on Saturday at 12:20 p.m., they told us to come back on a different day. We decided to stay and finally saw a representative after fifteen minutes, but she declined to help. She falsely claimed that opening an account takes more than an hour when I said, "Why don't you do it now, when you have 15 more minutes to close?" I called Chase and reported it!
Staffs are super friendly and very efficient, provides what you need in a short time
When my Chase credit card was having fraud charges, I decided to walk in here instead of calling the main customer service line. Glad I did! The employees took care of me and called Chase explaining what the issue was for me! Can’t beat this small town office that just happens to be a national bank!
I can’t EVER get anyone on the phone when I really need to! It’s not the local location it’s the so- called 24 hour customer service line! They ARE NOT 24 hours! Chase is having way too many issues!!! Banking is a pain!!! I’m having all kinds of issues with Chase and other banks as well! Customer Service SUCKS!!!
