Chase bank is a great bank and the functioning is great but this branch particularly has some people who are not that polished or trained well, to talk to clients. Several of my friends along with me have faced the same issue. Not that I don’t know that you don’t require a PhD to be a banker ,but could have hired atleast well spoken individuals. Anyway hope someone in the higher management heed attention to what I am saying.
I’ve banked at Chase for years. Good bank for nationwide banking needs. Today I needed to stop by this branch and found everyone helpful and friendly! It was nice and had to recommend this branch.
Seriously they don't know how to answer phones ever
I went into this location to cash a check from my attorney and was completely nervous because I've never done this before and was greeted with a smile and professionalism. The clerks were absolutely wonderful and took the time to answer ALL of my questions. I would highly recommend to everyone looking for a GREAT bank with REAL customer service.
Way too busy for only one branch and 2 outside ATM's and 1 inside ATM. Stillwater is not a small town and needs more options for Chase. Seems like a missed opportunity to not have another Chase or more ATM's in this city.
