A Zelle fraud scam came from this branch's phone number. I do not bank with Chase but when looking up the phone number it matched this branch one to one. I have called multiple times to inform them and speak to a supervisor and I was simply told they were in a meeting. I was transferred back to their switchboard with no help. I visited the office recently for help. The work usually takes barely 5 mins but, it took around 20 mins due to some complications. However, Miss. Alona Marie was very kind and patient. She walked me through all the procedures. Thank you, Miss Alona.
ATM vestibule closes at 5pm. Insane and absurd. Why is this branch here?
They don't work without an appointment, even though their entire bank branch is empty!
It took me a month to get my card replacement, and Chase is probably the worst bank I’ve ever seen.
