Pretty standard at what I'd expect for a Bank near a University. Clean bank and looks very new. Though, overhearing what I think the manager making smartass remarks at other customers. Seems like a toxic place. Can't wait for a viral video coming out of this bank.
I've been a loyal Chase customer for 17 years and have never missed a payment. Today, without any prior notice, my credit limit was reduced by $14,000. This unexpected action had a significant negative impact on my credit score. I find this deeply unfair and disappointing. As a result, I will no longer continue banking with Chase.
Clueless workers
A Zelle fraud scam came from this branch's phone number. I do not bank with Chase but when looking up the phone number it matched this branch one to one. I have called multiple times to inform them and speak to a supervisor and I was simply told they were in a meeting. I was transferred back to their switchboard with no help.
