These people never answer the phone
The young lady that helped me setup a new account was wonderful. We just walked in but they prefer you make an appointment for new scvounts
I had the most wonderful costimer service ever the lady at the teller desk on 8/22/2025. I lost her card with her name but she was amazing she went above and beyond to help me get my account correct and got me my money back with what she knew. I have never had customer service like I did that day she was so calming with me because I was so stressed out. She listened to my issue and my other issues…she is so wonderful and delight to have help me.
