good service and good bank, in my opinion
When I walked, in I was immediately greeted with a big smile and personal attention! I conducted my business quickly and efficiently and the atmosphere was exciting to say the least!
I’m so excited to be a part of the chase bank family! Man they are so professional my whole experience was great! Arcacia was so nice and professional! She handled all my banking needs and answered all of my questions! Make sure you see and ask for her!
I’ve had Chase almost 20 years. This branch says they are open 9-1 on Saturdays I live almost an hour away. I’ve gone the past 2 Saturdays and both times they were closed. I have been trying to call them to find out if they will be open this Saturday and nobody ever answers the phone. Worst branch experience ever.
