Nice staff, but horrible, dysfunctional, incompetent, nefarious corporation (that’s going bankrupt)
This feedback is meant to address compliments to Shasta, the Auburn Branch teller who went above and beyond in understanding our needs during our visit on May 23, 2025. I praise her customer service skills, and knowledge of her duties. Our expectations were far exceeded by Shasta's actions. I urge the branch manager to include this feedback with compliments to her employee folder for recognition and more.
We can't reach the ATMs unless it's business hours. What kind of service is this? If they had ATMs outside, they could cut off access to get inside, but I'm a customer of this bank and I can't do any transactions on the weekends or outside of business hours. I'll close my accounts as soon as possible and work with another bank!
The only reason I switched to chase was because of their 24-7 ATM , I used to go to the atm on weekdays and sometimes late at night after work, now the atm is only open when the bank is open which is basically useless. There was no reason to close the ATM. I urge chase to reopen their 24hr ATM.
As a Chase customer for over a decade, I was thrilled when the Auburn branch opened, providing much-needed access in this area. However, the recent reduction in ATM hours at 185 N College St is deeply disappointing. Previously offering 24-hour access, the ATM now closes at 5 PM on weekdays, 1 PM on Saturdays, and is entirely closed on Sundays.
