Don't recommend this branch bank because is very rude with customers ,I have business account and personal account almost 10 years and now I will move to another bank because was very rude with me. I don't understand Manager for this branch why don't care what happens in his branch.
Chase as a bank stinks but Wendy who works at this particular bank is amazing! Great customer service! Give her a damn raise!
Jennifer in the in front desk helped me out 2x already and both times she was very polite and kind. Very nice branch and customer services!
always have to wait - even thought there is no one ahead of you - terrible phone service - they just disconnect you - after it rings 10 times - you call a direct line and you can't leave a message - their lack of customer service has gotten horrible over the years - had to go in to have the mistake they made corrected - then the next month same fee - wanted me to come in again - for the third time - to correct their mistake - hate what has happened to big business - half the time they can't figured out the specifications on ... read more
