I love chase but they need more staff. I also dont like that you have to make an appointment. Service is good and the staff is wonderful. I just wished they had more people so that service can move faster. Also i am still not well acclamaited with the ATM machines. Plenty of parking and a great location.
Recently, Radiant Striping finished the parking lot striping project at Chase Bank. Everyone was so welcoming, making working here a breeze. I completely recommend this Chase Bank location!
Unable to reach a person
Worst service ever , I have a chase personal and business account and every time I enter this bank at this location I truly question my banking decisions. Especially the female dark haired banker to the far left as you walk in. Could she be any more rude. I think not. And I don't care how empty the bank is thier personal conversation take presidents behind the teller wall takes first priority. Chase truly needs a real manager at this branch.
