Excellent service. They spent lot of time explaining the options available and then setting up my account. Really appreciate it.
Teller kept my driver’s license and I didn’t notice. Called the bank and they said they would mail it to me (I live in another state). Two weeks later, and I still haven’t received it. They don’t answer the phone.
Great location. It’s nice to have an atm that can give multiple denominations. However like an increasing number of Chase locations the atms hold little cash, don’t say that, make you waste time at the machine before it says you can’t get cash. Today I waited 10 minutes as the machine whirred and whirred before finally saying it can’t complete my request. This should have been evident from the start of my interaction. If the atms had proper accounting of what cash was present it would prevent similar issues.
Terrible communication experience, everything is very hard to hear, not a single word can be heard I tried to interrupt to bring my concern but the representative continue in the monotone manner.i didn’t get an answer on my question at all.
