I manage my personal banking, business banking, and credit cards all through this branch, and Jurana and Manager Sam have always been incredibly responsible and helpful. They are consistently kind and proactive, often reaching out to check if I need anything even before I contact them. I truly appreciate their support and hope to continue a long and positive relationship with this branch.
Went here to open a college checking account and couldn’t be happier with my experience. I’m sure it was peak lunch hour, but Aparna, who was helping me, was incredibly thorough and helpful in all of her explanations. As someone who has little understanding of personal finance, I was able to fully understand everything she told me and am very grateful for how humorous she made the whole process
Poor service. Spend any extended period interacting with them, and the staff act like you’re bothering them. Chase needs more locations. This is the only one around the area.
