I tried to open an account online using all of my personal info and for some stupid reason, Chase bank couldn't verify it and I was unable to open an account online. I'm away at college and asked my dad to help me out by opening the account at the branch. He went in and explained that I was unable to open an account online and he wanted to open the account for me. They told him no that I'd have to do it, but I'm 12 hour drive away. After not being able to open an account online because the website sucks so much, my out of state son who is at college asked me to go open an account for him at the branch close to our house. They wouldn't do it so now he's opening up an account with someone else and I came home and cancelled my two Chase credit cards and will be closing my accounts because of their shitty service. Refused to help my son set up an account after he had trouble doing it online. So online account set up sucks and the people in this branch suck more.
Tallayeh was exceptionally helpful with my Zelle transaction. She graciously assisted me with opening Zelle, sending the $ and cancelling Zelle. Chase is lucky to have her on their team
Only for certain people, not everyday is welcome for banking. Visited twice,same unfriendly place.
