I went in the Spring-Hill Fl. branch to get some closing papers on my house notarized and I was so overwhelmed and insecure that I was going to do it wrong. I was greeted by Diana Receveur and she was possibly the sweetest, funnest, and most easy going person I have ever met. I have never had a transaction at a bank leave such a positive lasting happy feeling. She took the stress away, added confidence and we got my closing handled in just a few minutes. GO DIANA!
