My partner and I came to cash a Chase check from his boss at this bank. The teller Erin said they were not able to cash the check even though it was Chase. She would not call the owner of the account to verify. She said she was not able to override and to "JUST GO TO OUR OWN BANK". We drove to another Chase and they were able to cash our check with no issues. This situation was extremely sad and upsetting. Very sad to be profiled and treated this way by this particular teller.
I come here often and am never disappointed. The service is great and the people are extremely kind. Clean environment, always stocked with materials to perform deposits or withdrawal. Almost never a line, I may just be getting lucky.🤙
It's a bank... I went to the ATM. What can I say besides the ATM worked perfectly.
