Fast 🏃♀️ friendly service and right off the I-10 freeway in and out fast 🏃♂️
My partner and I came to cash a Chase check from his boss at this bank. The teller Erin said they were not able to cash the check even though it was Chase. She would not call the owner of the account to verify. She said she was not able to override and to "JUST GO TO OUR OWN BANK". We drove to another Chase and they were able to cash our check with no issues. This situation was extremely sad and upsetting. Very sad to be profiled and treated this way by this particular teller.
