Anthony and Sam are very helpful, in fact all the staff at this bank are very welcoming. Helped me with a lot of account issues and although my bank card was locked 3 or 4 times in a month, it wasn't their fault.
I have been on the phone with chase bank for over three hours after trying to send a wire transfer to my dad, for a CRITICAL FAMILY EMERGENCY , and it was flagged for some reason by your bank. I did a verification process THREE TIMES, have spent 2 of the last three hours on hold and during the last verification, I was told the wire would work to send and as soon as I tried logging into my account it was LOCKED.
Anthony was super patient and kind. He was helpful and communicated his procedures clearly while helping me with my account. Everybody in the building was friendly and helpful.
This particular location is the worst. They always announce all your business to everyone when you show up. I’ve never met someone who goes to the bank and think “I want everyone to know why I am there.” Go to a different location or choose another bank.
Probably the worst chase I’ve ever been to , no manners , slow and I call to even make sure someone was available for what I needed and they said yes and when I got there they wanted me wait 45 minutes . They should hire a new host .
