Thought about switching our family accounts here but the two times I have went in to cash a check from Chase Bank and deposit money into my moms account that lives out of state it's been a hassle. I shouldn't be denied trying to deposit $30 into someones account just because I bank elsewhere.
I went to cash a check written on the Chase Bank. They were going to charge me $10, maybe. They couldn't tell me for sure unless I endorsed the check. Ridiculous. I do not recommend and will never go there again. I would give less stars but you have to give one. The staff was polite.
Went to get a cashier's cheque, very friendly and efficient staff! Dustin was very hospitable!
