Snarky rude customer service won't keep people banking here, young man with the clip board I'm talking to you. I will attempt to do everything online before going back to this branch ever again.

These jerks do not follow through on promotions. Stiffed me on $600 bonus for opening a checking and savings account. Instead of listening to their bs excuses, I chose to take my $ out, and never bank with Chase again due to their incompetence. For comparison, I’ve been with WF for 30 years, and they actually follow through. Maybe it’s because I’m a high asset customer that expects competence, and Chase is just too incompetent to gain/cater high asset customers?
