I went over to make a payment and they were were super helpful and patient. They have also helped me set up my account and an autopay. One of the best experiences I’ve had at a bank.
I’ve opened up quite a few accounts with them, and have deposited checks quite a few times. Always a wonderful experience. After hours they even have an ATM inside, and you can use your chase debit card to get in and access it. By far the safest place to use an ATM after hours. There’s just so much to love about this location. They even managed to train new staff for the new location off Eubanks road while still providing amazing service. My favorite people ever❤️
Very professional and prompt service
I've been a Chase customer for decades and this branch unfortunately does not meet expectations. The staff is friendly and helpful most visits. However, they dropped the ball on more than one occasion. I visited in person requesting some checks and after specifying the desired account they still printed them from the incorrect account which I didn't realize until much later. Also, I met with a team member to work on some POA matters and never heard back on my last request so I have to start the process all over again at anot... read more
