Very professional and prompt service
I've been a Chase customer for decades and this branch unfortunately does not meet expectations. The staff is friendly and helpful most visits. However, they dropped the ball on more than one occasion. I visited in person requesting some checks and after specifying the desired account they still printed them from the incorrect account which I didn't realize until much later. Also, I met with a team member to work on some POA matters and never heard back on my last request so I have to start the process all over again at anot... read more

This location would best be described as a "training opportunity". Lots of bad info from employees, confusion even during mundane banking tasks...
