Super friendly staff and never a wait !
Extremely poor service when problems arise. While staff has always been pleasant they do not respond to calls or emails and there’s a high level of hiding behind “corporate process” rather than actual communication and assistance.
Seth was very helpful opening my new account and troubleshooting a bank transfer through Zelle.
The Latin female front desk is rude. Person of this kind should get fired immediately.
