I've been a Chase customer for decades and this branch unfortunately does not meet expectations. The staff is friendly and helpful most visits. However, they dropped the ball on more than one occasion. I visited in person requesting some checks and after specifying the desired account they still printed them from the incorrect account which I didn't realize until much later. Tripp helped me out setting up a credit card and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful!
This location would best be described as a "training opportunity". Lots of bad info from employees, confusion even during mundane banking tasks...
Super friendly staff and never a wait !
Extremely poor service when problems arise. While staff has always been pleasant they do not respond to calls or emails and there’s a high level of hiding behind “corporate process” rather than actual communication and assistance.
