Very unprofessional experience at this location. I arrived for my appointment and sat for nearly 15 minutes without anyone greeting or acknowledging me. The receptionist was engaged in a deep personal conversation and only addressed me after I mentioned how long I had been waiting. She claimed she thought I was on the phone, even though I had been off my phone for several minutes. Your chase card doesn’t give u access to the ATM once the bank is closed. I asked why and one of them told me it is because homeless people were going in to sleep. So That’s a Chase problem; cannot be denied access to my own account because of homelessness. That’s everywhere. Maybe put a ATM outside or don’t charge another institution ATM for doing what u cannot do for your own customers.. I mean come on
Please get the door access after hours fixed. What’s the point of having ATMs no one can access?
