I love this Silver Spring MD Branch! Everyone smiles and the customer service is TOP TIER! Kai, Leah, Jonathan , Daniella, And Rahdi are the epitome of true teamwork and exude exemplary customer service! The security guard James is awesome!!!! The whole branch needs to be recognized!!!

Very unprofessional experience at this location. I arrived for my appointment and sat for nearly 15 minutes without anyone greeting or acknowledging me. The receptionist was engaged in a deep personal conversation and only addressed me after I mentioned how long I had been waiting. She claimed she thought I was on the phone, even though I had been off my phone for several minutes.
