I visited this branch to make a transaction on a weekday during business hours. There was plenty of parking and the branch was not too busy. We were greeted at the door as soon as we walked in. Ivan was friendly, efficient, and able to help us with exactly what we needed. Overall a positive experience!
Business banking staff in branch are very helpful. The rest of Chase? A nightmare. I was trying to switch here from Wells Fargo but after having spent 8 hours on the phone verifying myself with 12+ different people trying to access my money, I am beyond frustrated.
