Chase as a whole is horrible. I've been with them for at least 20 years and been a private client for 10+ year. I had a dispute with them regarding a $100 charge that I was not informed. For two days nobody pucked up the phone .Even specialists .Is it closed nobody there anymore ??
I will use 1 of 3 Chase locations. Today I needed a notarized document (2nd attempt) so this time I went West Caldwell and Al (Albert) was a true professional who was always thinking ahead ex (Do you want a copy?) What a big difference from Chase Randolph's Ms Khaled, who had attempted to up-sell me a very similar Freedom CC and who also quizzed me how to pronounce both her 1st an 2nd names an worse, called me after I left saying she had forgotten to STAMP the notarized document.
