Chase as a whole is horrible. I've been with them for at least 20 years and been a private client for 10+ year. I had a dispute with them regarding a $100 charge that I was not informed. They said I was (he/she say). Anyways, they created a ticket and the person owning the ticket called me back 2 days later and insisted she closes the ticket. She won't let me talk to her supervisor.
