Very rude manager - Geeta I think was her name. She literally started yelling when asked a question. Shouldnt be in customer service business. My experience with this branch is compelling me to close the Chase account forever. No way to treat your customers this way
Their customer service sucks. They need to train their staff to learn how to be polite and treat customers with respect

First time coming to this branch, but my second branch of the day first branch, I went to it was OK I guess but this branch was so pleasant to go to. I had the privilege of being assisted by Rosanna Lopez. I believe she is the branch manager, and she was nothing but a delight I was in a bad mood when I walked in, and I only had to deal with her for five minutes, but completely changed my day around and I appreciate that. I was greeted so warmly and friendly by a lady, though I don’t know her name. She greeted everyone who entered the bank with a friendly hello.
