First time coming to this branch, but my second branch of the day first branch, I went to it was OK I guess but this branch was so pleasant to go to. I had the privilege of being assisted by Rosanna Lopez. I believe she is the branch manager, and she was nothing but a delight I was in a bad mood when I walked in, and I only had to deal with her for five minutes, but completely changed my day around and I appreciate that. Thank you Rosanna Lopez you’re awesome thank you so much for your help today
I was greeted so warmly and friendly by a lady, though I don’t know her name. She greeted everyone who entered the bank with a friendly hello.
Employees and management team are very kind and comprehensive.
Horrible customer service..... no one knows what they are doing at the Florham Park branch. Time to change banks!
