Having one drive up atm is stupid!!!! And when you try to use your card to go inside, it doesn’t work!!! That’s it. That’s all.
I called and got answering machine, left vm and never had a received a call from them.. than tried again the next day.. same thing Like wow if I have an emergency with my card or whatever, crazy that you can't even get ahold of them

This location lies and makes up regulations that contradict what is listed on Chases website, then state that it is "internal information". They declined a formal lease agreement as evidence of residency, then declined a bill due to it not including a middle name. Neither of these are real requirements for Chase and we were lied to by staff. Even the previous representative at this exact branch stated a lease agreement would be sufficient evidence of address. Appalling customer service.
