I had an excellent experience with Jose Rodriguez at Chase. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire process. Jose took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. Outstanding customer service — he’s truly an asset to Chase!

Update: I ended up closing my bank account because Chase refused to add my husband to my bank account. Arthell helped me cancel my account and he was very polite and helpful. He made cancellation a breeze and wasn't difficult to work with. I'm updating my rating from one star to three stars only because of Arthell. This location lies and makes up regulations that contradict what is listed on Chases website, then state that it is "internal information". Having one drive up atm is stupid!!!! And when you try to use your card to go inside, it doesn’t work!!! That’s it. That’s all.
I called and got answering machine, left vm and never had a received a call from them.. than tried again the next day.. same thing Like wow if I have an emergency with my card or whatever, crazy that you can't even get ahold of them
