Chase has always been on the ball with my account they are always quick to help and very friendly
I opened a joint account yesterday with Carter and had a wonderful experience. He was quick and knowledgeable. The newly renovated lobby was beautiful and also comfortable to sit in while I waited (briefly as I was early!) I decided to make a change from a previous bank that I’ve been with for almost 30 years and I am so glad I did! Everyone is so helpful and kind in this bank.
