I had an absolutely horrible experience with these 'customer service representatives'. After leaving the banking center dissatisfied, I called the branch for clarification on their policy and was hung up on! I called back and they wouldn't answer. They are uneducated and unprofessional, which leads me to believe the workers are also unethical. Don't trust Chase in Red Bluff, Ca with ANY sensitive information, let alone your business!!!
I use this bank for a business account and I dread going into this place…I would never use them for a personal account if it wasn’t for business. Rude bad customer service… Rachel and Becky are two peas in a pod with RULES on a deposit only account.They put holds on money orders that don’t need to be held. They call it fraud protection. Its ridiculous! If you want a bad day go here!!! And their ATM looks hideous outside all broken up!!!
