I use this bank for a business account and I dread going into this place…I would never use them for a personal account if it wasn’t for business. Rude bad customer service… Rachel and Becky are two peas in a pod with RULES on a deposit only account.They put holds on money orders that don’t need to be held. They call it fraud protection. Its ridiculous! If you want a bad day go here!!! And their ATM looks hideous outside all broken up!!!
Made it very easy to open an account and get signed up for their Special Promotion. Every one was friendly, explained everything just the way things would happen. Which they did, and it came to maturity a few days early. Keep it up guys. I look forward to doing business again.
I never write reviews but this one I feel is a must. Customer service in this location is so horrible. If you like your day ruined, feel free to walk in this location. The employees here don’t know what “customer service” means. I walked in at this location, empty and I thought I was lucky but nope, the employees here will make your transaction the worse ever experience that you’ll wish you just waited long in line somewhere else.
I've used their services over the last 4 years and they've always greeted me with a smile and have been quick every time!
