Chase bank does what all banks do. They are just the most funded bank so hopefully that means your accounts are always safe.As for the staff of people working their, all are competent and friendly, just what everybody wants. I have not checked out their other services such as loans, CD's etc. so I cannot comment on what they offer. Another plus is that their are a great number of Chase banks and ATMs throughout the country which I like. Wandee Ma was amazing. Incredibly knowledgeable. Quick and efficient. Ask her any question and she knows the answer. I strongly advise opening an account and doing business with her
Wendy is the best. She was very helpful and accommodating. She and Amanda provided me with real customer service and care. All the tellers were nice and everyone who entered was greeted.
