We drove up Green Valley to open a Savings Account and we were told that it by appointment only even though they were empty with no customers waiting. We even drove up to Sahuarita Branch and same story with no customer service and staff not willing to work there either because apparently they need 40 minutes to open a saving account even though we got there 39 minutes before they closed. -5 stars
