Unlike the other customer, I find Flo helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I have used this bank for a number of years and actually prefer to have her help me.

I just had a great experience with Anne today. She is such a sweet, patient, and kind young woman. She really took her time working with me and it was so thoughtful of her. This was definitely one of the best banking experiences I’ve had. Thank you again, Anne!
Update: I went to make another deposit and Flo was there again. This time she commented on my body and said I was too skinny, and I don't eat enough. That's inappropriate. I'm sure she wouldn't appreciate unsolicited comments about her body. I complained to the manager. I stopped using ATMs because twice there have been discrepancies causing me to call customer service and receiving temporary credit after an investigation.
