A Good Place To Bank When WAMU bought our my old bank, I was disappointed. For the first year or so their customer service was slow and lacking in actual service. Somewhere along the way, things got better and now I really like this bank. Their rates are usually pretty good. ATM always works. Lines are not too long inside.
great service We switched our checking account from B of A to Washing Mutual after our refinance. I thought that I would miss the convenience of B of A, but I have been very happy with the service of Washing Mutual.
Nice place I have to go in here from time to time and the people are so helpful. They seems to always have a good number of tellers as well.
