The Chase manager has a sullen face and no smile. He won't offer help and doesn't know how to build relationships with customers. He is very impolite.
Amazing staff. knowledgeable, polite, friendly and treat you with great respect. I finished my job with a relationship Banker who was very efficient in no time
They are very slow . Now it is 9:07 in the morning and only one person is working. And there are 4 people in line standing for their turn !
Wonderful place and amazing bank service received. I came in due to a credit application issue because card service needs to verify my identity face to face in any Chase branch. I googled this chase branch locations and went there without any appointment. Although It was 9:30am morning on Sat, there is only one teller who cannot help my request, and there are not many specialists at that time, eventually the "branch manager" came to me and helped out.
