Absolutely awesome experience. Had visited this location of Chase bank with 2 tasks to be accomplished; the 2nd one being more tricky and time consuming. Suzette, the banker who helped me, was extremely courteous, smart, patient and very efficient. It took about an hour to complete my tasks, and I came out of the bank a very very happy client. Suzette deserves a six star.
The Bank opens at 9am I was there to make a deposit on atm when i saw there was no line for the only teller available so i went to her window very rudely points to a sign on the window next to her and nocks to her window and tells me she's not open that she will let me know once she's ready first it was way pass opening time I feel like the bank should have at least one teller open during business hours second i do understand her not been ready but the way she said it and how she knocked the window like if it was my fault sh... read more
I happened to walk by this Chase branch and decided to stop in. I’ve been a customer of other banks for many years, but I only started building my credit history with Chase this month, in April. I already received my physical card and also have it in my Apple Wallet. When I approached the ATM, it showed a message saying that Chase credit cards are not serviced at this machine.
