I happened to walk by this Chase branch and decided to stop in. I’ve been a customer of other banks for many years, but I only started building my credit history with Chase this month, in April. I already received my physical card and also have it in my Apple Wallet. When I approached the ATM, it showed a message saying that Chase credit cards are not serviced at this machine. Great people work there
Terrible experience. When opening account your asked to make passwords in front of others. For the first pay check they check you for fraud even though there is nothing wrong. Really incompetent . The cashier made every dum excuse not cash in my check. The branch looks like it’s not updated since the 80s
