Pretty much the worst branch. The relationship banker decided to leave 8 of us in line to open an account while the other teller dealt with fraud charges. The woman who came in to open her account was immediately served while the rest of us waited for over 30 minutes for simple deposits.
Horrible customer service. Tellers are more interested in their gossip rather than helping their customers. Chase‘s Plant location or Willow glen location know how to behave professionally.
This location has great staff. There is almost never a line. Great small Chase branch.
