Went in with a simple question, was talking to a nice young lady however this older lady stepped in and interrupted while in mid conversation! Literally didn't even let us finish our questions before she stood right behind the original lady we were speaking with. It wasn't even a nice interruption. I felt the original person we were speaking with was doing fine. Unsure why the older lady even had stepped in to only interrupt her co worker. The ATM is not reliable. Holiday and ATM is down. No other Chase ATM locally. Too bad for me.
Worst customer service ever. Won’t let you finish a sentence, talking over the top of you. Just all sour faced and shitty attitude. Been a Chase customer for over 17 years.
The ATM here is never working. "Can't accept or dispense cash" -thats the whole purpose and only job of an ATM. Might as well get rid of it and stay open long enough for people who work to come in instead.
