The best bank, branch, and, above all, the best banking team I have experienced so far, for personal and business needs. My experience has been phenomenal throughout these years since joining the Chase, thanks to exceptional bankers Fatemah Le and Michael Lorarios, who have provided constant 5-star service.
Just spoke to the rudess person at this bank and he hung up the phone because he obviously miserable at his job called back mutiple times

Horrible customer service. Tried cashing a check here and was lied to by the employee as well as manager on duty saying they could not cash it. When I brought it to the chase by my house they cashed it no problem. Sucks that I have to jump through hoops to have access to my own money because they want to discriminate.
