I am Japanese and not a native English speaker. I wasn't familiar with American checks and didn't know how to deposit one into my account. However, all the staff members were very kind and explained everything clearly. Even though it was a busy time, just 20 minutes before the store closed, they didn't show any signs of annoyance. They were truly wonderful.
Shout out to Fatemah! She fixed an issue with my business account that no other branch was able to. Service here was kind, fast, great and welcoming (banks give out water?). This will be my Chase branch of choice.
