Going into this location is such a frustration! There are only 2 teller windows and not enough staff. When they are helping someone else you have no option but to just wait. I’ve been here for 15 minutes waiting in line, finally to get up to the teller all for them to not be able to help me because the computer crashed during my transaction. Worse customer service ever. I have had multiple business accounts here for years. They never answer the phone. My account was recently hacked. They closed my account with no explanation and are holding all of my money hostage with no timeline of when I will get it back . The bank manager says all I can do is call the 1 800 #. Don’t do business with them . Go to a small bank who appreciates customers and actually cares .

Would give a zero if I could, would not trust them to set up any accounts. Amrita’s mistake and lack of attention to detail on setting up my account costed me hundreds of dollars and a huge headache for multiple people to correct. They do not know what they are doing nor do they care.
