Would give a zero if I could, would not trust them to set up any accounts. Amrita’s mistake and lack of attention to detail on setting up my account costed me hundreds of dollars and a huge headache for multiple people to correct. They do not know what they are doing nor do they care.
Wait they were so nice and friendly and offered me water, coffee, or hot chocolate as I was in line. Very kind and helped me right away!
ATM machines are 50/50 when trying to withdrawal money. They have ATM machines in a secured lobby but you can never enter. I’m switching to a smaller bank, over corporate banking. It sucks now! Take your money to a small bank where you will be valued!
