Came to open a business account and 3 staff members are just standing there doing nothing not even 'Hello' to me after 5 mins one rep called me and said I have to sit 15min to wait for the lady who is in charge of opening new accounts. Very disappointed. Bad customer service I ended up opening the account at RD Bank.

I am new to the area. Moved to Dix Hills a few months ago. I came in one afternoon on or about 5:15 p.m. and I was treated like I didn't exist to the Branch Manager, EGM. Very quick to act on getting someone in trouble at another location who has provided me with great customer service for the last 20 years. I was shock at his behavior and I kept quiet and I took down the information he was requesting of me.
