I would like to share how positive our experience was with Matthew R. Coughlin at Chase. Prior to visiting Chase, we attempted to open a business account at a TD Bank branch in Deer Park. We provided the same required business documents there, but were dismissed very quickly and made to feel as though the banker did not want to hear us out or take the time to review our information. If I could put no stars they wont have any i been to few chase locations but when i come here always long waiting line tellers walking around with attitude specially the old skinny lady in the drive tru and teller are, the branch disgusted smells bad and you get bad service not an organized branch they need to get trained correctly specially the manager that was not even found unbelievable.
