Excellent staff!
I just filed a complaint with Chase Customer Service about the three outside ATM machines that habitually do not work. Two of them were not working this afternoon (July 8, 2024) around 6 p.m. The representative responded that malfunctioning ATMs are programmed to automatically be reported to the branch; and that I should contact the branch. Broken machines happen too often here, so I have no choice now but to report this branch to JP Morgan Chase Global Headquarter. One of the worst Chase branches ever! One of the bank associates, Marie (who doesn't care to wear her name tag—I had to ask for her name), walks around making unnecessary comments to clients. I wish I could give this branch zero stars. I've been banking with Chase for over a decade, and this branch is by far the worst.
