Nora and Brandon helped me complete an almost an impossible task. Nora was so helpful and knowledgeable and did everything with such professionalism. So kind. And so impressed.
I was planning on opening a business account at Chase after my experience at the downtown branch after i stopped in to cash a check from a member and me not being a member myself they were so polite and gave me no issue was a great experience. Then i stopped in this branch after my completed job from the same customer with intentions to open an account after cashing my check.... Not my favorite financial institution. Is what it is. I prefer Credit Unions but I do you both
This bank held my SSI check that was direct deposited tobky account there, and they HELD my WHOLE CHECK from me and wouldn't let me access ANY of it, all over $3 that they could have just taken out of my SSI deposit and been done with it, but they didn't. This was by far THE WORST bank I've EVER dealt with. NEVER AGAIN!
