Not my favorite financial institution. Is what it is. I prefer Credit Unions but I do you both
This bank held my SSI check that was direct deposited tobky account there, and they HELD my WHOLE CHECK from me and wouldn't let me access ANY of it, all over $3 that they could have just taken out of my SSI deposit and been done with it, but they didn't. This was by far THE WORST bank I've EVER dealt with. NEVER AGAIN!
Very disappointing experience with the business banking department at this Chase branch. I came in to add someone as an authorized signer on my business account, not as an owner. I explained that multiple times, but the representative kept pushing the conversation toward ownership, which made a simple request confusing and frustrating. The representative was rude and did not seem to listen to what I was actually asking for. I eventually had to get a manager involved.
