Opening a bank account here was easy and pleasant
As I stood waiting in the lobby for someone's attention I checked out the reviews. Lol I'll take my.money elsewhere.
Overall Chase Bank has given me nothing but trouble. My phone and debit card have been stolen. I went into the branch to deposit money with my ID but they won't do it without my debit card.. so I have to drive around to the atm to use my phones wallet. How is it that the debit card is more of a proof of my identity. I also cant log in to my account, because I switched phone company's and cant access online banking because of 2 factor authentication. I call to update my phone number they won't do it without my debit card numb... read more
