They stole 500 dollars from me. Took the money out of my account but ATM didn't dispense any cash. They told me it's not their problem. It's legal for banks to rob people, but if we do it to them it's a major crime.
Extremely awful branch experience, now at least 3 times in a row in TVC. We needed a place to park our 2.3m, till we buy our new place, got treated like a bum. Business must be good.
The absolute worst and slowest chase branch I have ever been too. With the most ignorant employees I have ever met.
Branch is closed on a Friday at 1pm with no notice or heads up, just a piece of paper on the door? Also, how is your SINGLE ATM broken literally all the time? Essential functions of a bank! The old saying of "bankers hours", and they cant even live up to the insult..
Their customer service is worse than McDonald’s, I think it was lunch time and the lady was hungry because she didn’t even want me to ask her question
