Fantastic customer service by Max Li and Kristine Lee. They helped me with business and personal accounts. Walked me through all the paperwork for the changes I was making and even assisted with setting up my Chase app login. Kristine Lee helped with some Private Client questions I had (I was not a Private Client) and even followed up with me via email on some Chase Invest questions I had that she wanted to research before answering.
Never answer the phone.

Horrible customer service! Definitely Racist. I felt unwelcomed and ignored. Bankers didn’t seem like they wanted to assist me, and when they did very rude attitude. They didn’t have any info I needed.. I had to figure it out on my own and they didn’t have no AC on. What a shame for this CHASE BANK. Got my issues resolved at Chase bank in La Puente.
I came over to see if they can reverse the monthly fee that was supposed not supposed to be charged, they are not helping at all. but it got resolved when i called their toll free number
