branch manager Sherry is so helpful and she helped me solve my account issue that I can not solve for months. she offered to make a call to chase internal departments and wala, my account is reactivated. This branch is always well managed and clean lobbies and the staff here is always very attentive and friendly. Chase branch is so important and we love to have one in our city.
Bankers r rather doing nothing than helping customers and full of attitude. Mandy chang is really rude, I feel like I'm being lessoned than being helped in this place. Very unprofessional. Never come back here again.
