Max Lee is not very knowledgable in credit cards application. He offered us a chase unlimited credit card assuring us that it will be approved and he knows that my wife just opened a chase credit card just 2 months ago. But after he called somebody on the phone he told us my wife was declined. What a terrible experience from Chase!!!
I speak little English... They didn't want to open my account because they only speak Chinese or English... It made me laugh that nowhere in the world has that happened to me. They should all be fired, including the manager.
Theres a Black Widow on the outside ATM MACHINE. Be careful everyone.
