I don't bank here but I may have to start. I love their new commercial, (I'm so tired of being alone), humans want to have verbal communication with other humans. Banks do not want you in the physical building. I get AI (sometimes),but its gone way too far.

I recently visited this Chase branch for an in-lobby banking experience, and overall it was a solid visit. The staff was professional, courteous, and took the time to answer my questions without rushing me. The branch itself was clean, organized, and had a calm atmosphere, which made the process smoother than expected. That said, I did run into a frustrating issue when trying to deposit a check that had my wife’s maiden name on it. Keith was AMAZING!! Came in right before closing and had a problem using the ATM due to debit card issues. Keith quickly came to the rescue and helped me get a new debit card and even helped me using the ATM via digital wallet which I didn’t even know was feasible before today. Amazing customer service. Definitely looking forward to working with Keith again!
