Worst place ever I go into chase in chardon because they put a hold on my cashier check the mean looking lady told me there nothing they can do to just get me out the the door there was a young lady behind the counter she offer to help me to call to have the check released the mean looking woman came over rite in front of everybody and said she doesn’t know how to do her job I was kind blown the way she talked to her co-worker like that anyway the young girl called the number and had my check released I told her to keep doin... read more
Chase is a terrible bank to deal with! I'm done!
Chase in Chardon is very hard to get into and staff not friendly. I love the one in Painesville near Giant Eagle is much better and cleaner.
No drive thru, so you have to go inside-if you park in the back lot, it’s a maze to get the front of the building to find the bank. Staff is pleasant but not super impressive.
