I've been working intermittently with Michael Tanti and Jim Malles for about a year now. They have both been so kind, patient, and helpful. Both have gone above and beyond to make a very difficult situation with a family trust and probate case go more smoothly. I would highly recommend them. I have also had occasion to work with the tellers and they were also very friendly and efficient. I live in Mundelein but I will be back to this branch if I need anything further.
At least 50% of the time I go into cash a check or make a deposit, they are backed up in a line and commonly only having one teller working.
Jame Malles is one of the good ones. He has always gone above and beyond for me and my friends/family. Thank you Jim.
